Frequently Asked Questions

How does the process work?

You book your party on our booking page. Which will specify your theme, package/add-ons, address, amount of tents & any details. We contact you through email with an itemized invoice. You pay your nonrefundable deductible (which confirms your date & theme). 10 days before your party date we will email with final questions & timing for our setup & pickup, along with the final invoice & contract to be paid 7 days before your party. On party day we will setup at our specified time. The following morning we will be back to pick everything back up. No need to launder or pick up any of our stuff. We will do all the work! 

 

What ages are your parties made for? 

Our parties are made for anyone 5 years & older! Girls, boys, Tweens, teens, mommy & me nights, Family slumber parties, Ladies nights, Bachelorettes. We can make your party exactly what you want!

How & when should I book?

​You can book by going to our BOOK A PARTY page. We suggest booking 3 to 4 weeks in advance to make sure your date & theme will be available. If you have any questions, please contact us on the Get in Touch page, or feel free to email or call me.

What is your service area? Is there a travel fee? 

We service the Macomb, Oakland, & parts of Wayne County MI area. A travel fee of $30 is required for anywhere 20-29 miles from 48309, $40 for anywhere 30-39 miles away & $50 anywhere 40-49 miles from 48309.

What is your payment process?

Once your party is booked with us, you will be emailed over an invoice. Your party will be confirmed once your $100 (For all custom parties or parties of 4+) or $50 (3 of a kind package & our DIY Packages) non-refundable deposit is received, through Venmo. Your balance is due in full 7 days before your party date.​

How long does the setup & take down of my party take?

The setup of your party will take 1.5- 4 hours, depending on the amount of tents/ balloon garlands, add-ons etc. The take down of your party should take 30 to 60 minutes.

Do our party guests need to bring anything?

Yes, a sleeping pillow & their PJ's!

Can our guests eat & drink in their tents?

Yes! Party guests can use the trays for water bottles & snacks. However, please ensure that all food & drinks in the tent area will not cause staining or damage to any of the party supplies. Please no colored drinks. If any of the materials need to be replaced, you will be responsible for all replacement costs.​​​

How are your bed linens cleaned? 

All bed linens are washed after every rental using an allergy/ scent free detergent. All teepee covers, decorative pillows & decorative items are always disinfected, & spot cleaned when necessary.​​​​

Can I still have a party, even if my kiddos aren't ready for an overnight sleepover?

Yes!!! That is called a “Sleep-under”. This package is exactly the same as our standard, except, your setup will be the earliest of the day & would be picked up in the evening/night (whatever time after your party). Kids don’t need to spend the night to enjoy their own special tent setup.

Am I able to mix & match boy & girl themes?

Absolutely! When you book, just note how many tents you will need of each theme! Girls & boys will get a special setup just for them! Not a problem!

What if I need to add or remove teepees at the last minute?
We know last-minute additions to guest lists sometimes happen. We understand. That's why we are willing to do our best to accommodate. Adding tents may be possible, depending on availability. The fee for each additional teepee is $50. If a teepee needs to be removed at the last minute that's okay too, however, depending on the setup/ purchases made for a custom theme etc., it may still be full price. I will figure it out as well as I can.

Can I have my party in my backyard?
Yes, you can! Teepee sleepovers under the stars are awesome! (There is an additional $100 fee for outdoor party setups) *. 
Coming soon we will have the option of an outdoor movie night setup! Just waiting for the warmth to stay :).

How much space is needed?
Each teepee and bed is about 4 ft. by 6 ft., with a twin-sized mattress for each.

Can I request smaller mattresses to fit my space better?
Yes! We have smaller mattresses, which are in between the size of a toddler mattress & a twin sized! I would only recommend these for children under 8.
